I'd like to make clear that I have a minimum charge of $1,000 for my events, which encompass four full days of work, even for two people. Bring my 25 years of experience in fine dining and James Beard award winning restaurants into your home. Experience customized, multi-course menus that will delight and impress your guests. My focus is on sourcing the best ingredients from Vermont farms, foragers, and artisan cheese makers. My specialty is fresh pasta, with over two hundred traditional shapes in my repertoire. Allow me to turn your next event into an unforgettable moment. Please note that my events require a minimum of a week of advance notice so that I can do a thoughtful one-on-one consultation and menu planning, coordinate with farms, purchase ingredients at those farms, and then begin preparing food two days in advance of your event. I'm afraid that I cannot do last minute bookings, and provide the level of experience you deserve.

Erin was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, planning our menu for our intimate high school reunion of eight friends was easy, organized, and professional. She created a beautiful meal using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms, and every dish was absolutely delicious. She made the evening feel so special and allowed us to simply relax, reminisce, and enjoy each other's company. The food was outstanding, and everything was prepared and presented with so much care. Beyond being an amazing chef, Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with—warm, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I would 100% hire Erin again for future events and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience!

Chef Erin came to prepare a birthday dinner for my family of 15. Her food looked and tasted amazing - one special touch was that Erin came out during each course to present the dish but also share a bit about the local producers where she sourced the ingredients. Her knowledge of local Vermont producers was amazing and really set her food apart! I also want to call out how accommodating Erin was. We had a last minute guest added to our event. We notified Erin of the change on the 4th of July which was the day before our event. Despite many stores being closed for the holiday, Erin was about to accommodate our very last minute guest! Cannot recommend her enough!

I hired Chef Erin for my brother’s bachelor party in September 2023 to serve 21 guests. Every aspect of the meal was incredible. Everything was made from scratch and sourced locally in Vermont. We were served 3 courses: salad with a homemade buttermilk ranch style dressing, a pasta dish, and NY strip steaks with potatoes. Very little was left over. Erin was very professional and punctual. She prepared, cooked, and cleaned the kitchen to a better state than the way she found it. If I could hire Erin for all of my special occasions, I absolutely would. Thank you again, Erin!
