Introduction: I am a Le Cordon Bleu London trained chef. I relocated to Vermont last fall and I’m loving it here. The produce is exceptional. My personal relationships with farmers and foragers allows me access to amazing Vermont produce. Wild mushrooms anyone? I have been working as a personal chef and caterer for many years all over the world. I have now started a nonprofit as Nicole’s Community Kitchen where we feed hundreds of meals every week, 100% free no questions asked! It is my heart! All of my personal chef and catering work goes to benefit Nicole’s Community Kitchen. I look forward to cooking for you soon.

We were staying at an Airbnb in VT. The “kids” arranged for Nicole to come to the house to provide a surprise 65th birthday dinner for my husband. We had delicious canapés to start with cocktails (some mock, 2 pregnant women). This was followed by an amazing platter of roasted shellfish followed by melt in your mouth tounados rossini. Dessert was a wonderful flourless orange and almond cake, reminiscent of a shared trip to Italy. The food was fantastic and Nicole and her assistant left us with a clean kitchen and leftovers. Such a fun night that she made so special and delicious!

We hired Nicole to cook dinner for our group of 8 people while on a family trip in VT, and she did a phenomenal job. From my initial contact with Nicole to the execution of the meal she was professional, prompt, energetic and gracious. She was also very accommodating of dietary restrictions in our group. Her menu selections were so delicious and such a hit - everyone was raving about how delicious everything was! We loved our experience with Nicole and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My pricing is based on the number of people. Oftentimes, the more people will allow me to discount the per head price. I create bespoke menus based on your likes, dislikes and any dietary requirements. As such, my pricing is bespoke as well.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have a thorough conversation over the phone or via email to assess your needs. I then create a menu for your approval.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London. I am also ServSafe certified
