As an architect with a building backround I am able to speak to the practical and financial ramifications of design decisions, and my fine arts background helps me to bring art to architecture. After giving clients a not-to-exceed amount for an agreed upon scope of work, I then bill by the hour. Occasionally I will do a job for a set fee.

Continually taking courses, many on best building practices, new materials, and energy conservation.
