Introduction: Fitness Evolutions, LLC was started in 2007 as means to help individuals realize the potential within their physical selves. I, owner Heidi Marsano, am passionate about helping the general public achieve their fitness goals in a realistic manner that is specific to each client. In a world where cheeseburgers will "make you sexy" and the latest fitness trend is ever changing, it is easy to get caught up in what society wants you to believe is the "average" or "easily attainable" physical ideal. It is simply not true. Each and every one of us has our own struggles with fitness and nutrition. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to wellness, and that is where I come in. I pride myself in working diligently with each client to find a lifestyle that is comfortable and makes the client feel welcome within his/her exercise routine, not like the outcast. By working together, we can break the stigmas that come along with exercise and help you to achieve your fitness goals and maintain them, once and for all.
