Making a bad situation great!
I purchased a through the wall air conditioner along with installation. The company delivered the unit, but wouldn't install it!!! After weeks of trying to get them keep thir word, I decided to search for someone to do the job. Intercoastal Handyman Services called back (on Labor Day), gave me a price and was on the job two hours later. They approached the job as if they installed at least one unit every day of the week! I'm 85 years old, and I've seen and done a lot of work. I know good work when I see it.
One of the more difficult jobs is fitting new things into a space occupied by something old. Didn't slow this pair one bit. They had to improvise all the way, and it was a joy to watch how they overcame each obstacle.
It's so difficult to rate people like that, because they are always over the range (1-5, 1-10). So, when you write a review on people who crush those numbers, you hope that you've made it clear how terrific you think they are.
Oh, by the way, they were 1/3 the cost of the closest bidder!
