Mason communicated effectively and timely with me on what dates worked for us to complete installation of our swing set. He and his colleague worked extremely hard in the heat throughout the day (and Mason) stayed late into the evening to complete in one day. We could not be more happy with the results, his service, and value of the installation.

I hired him on June 8th, after a great conversation & review of the project - Mason came across as smart, motivated, and actually excited about tackling the different experiences and opportunities he was going to have - and planned to bring a “mentor” to help him. Today I texted him a few times as something crossed my mind that we really needed to talk to about - and he never responded. I just called him at 8:37 PM EST - and he did not answer - he did not answer a couple of times before that.- so I had to let him go, - before he even started. This was a warning of how he handles things. He could have sent a text or called me briefly - yet did not even do that. I think we dodged a bullet. He needs to understand how important it is to follow through. Word gets around. This was quite unprofessional. What he did not know, is that we always add a bonus for work done well. Total waste of time - he isn’t who he presents himself to be. Don’t waste your time talking with him.

“Where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope.” Saint Francis Dear Kelly, it saddens me to wake up to this experience this morning, and I have to trust that this is for both of our learnings. For context to anyone reading who is considering hiring me, let me make it very clear, I am receiving this 1 star review the day after a wonderful initial conversation with a potential client, due to not being on my phone the following day. We made no plans to talk that day, and I was away from my phone in nature for the day doing my regular decompression and nature therapy, in the late evening i had seen missed calls and texts, but that’s normal for me on my days off of my device, of which i generally read them and reply the following day. Unfortunately I woke up to this review, without a chance to have connected with her first, which I’m sure would have cleared this small misunderstanding and continued to be a pleasant experience for both of us had we not made a rash decision. Kelly, I humbly ask that you do not continue to sabotage my business or the reputation of my person due to this misunderstanding. It turned out we weren’t a good fit and thats okay, there’s no need for ill will, it only begets more ill will and pain. I sincerely hope you find the right person for your property soon, and thank you for the fun stories and good conversation, I’m going to try to remember you in that light and let this experience go, sad heart, but lesson learned.
