Valentino is not only an excellent chef, he is a nice, responsive and responsible person. I would hire him again a heartbeat. Covid is such a Strange time and we worked out a menu and then he provided heating instructions so we could have contactless delivery. The night was incredible because of him.

I hired Chef Valentino to cook dinner for a friend’s bachelorette. He was great with communicating leading up to it and was very accommodating with dietary restrictions. The bride-to-be is gluten free and he cooked a full gluten free meal for our group that everyone enjoyed! The food was not only absolutely delicious but the presentation was beautiful!! The ingredients he used were so fresh and local and he gave great descriptions of every course served. He had a nice, easygoing, and professional personality, came fully prepared, and left the place sparkling clean. A+ On communication, accommodations, menu, setup, cooking, presentation, ingredients, descriptions, mind blowing food, creating a great experience for everyone, and cleanup! We’re already trying to find a reason to hire him again. Highly recommend!
