We hired Ty to cook dinner and brunch for a group of 20 who were celebrating a birthday up in VT. For both meals, the food was beyond amazing. Everyone raved about his meals all weekend. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This experience with Ty was perfect front start to finish. In creating the menu he was thoughtful to our likes/dislikes and created a menu that was perfect for our intimate dinner with 5 people. He was great at communication, punctual and easily engaged. And the meal! Where do I start? Everything was fresh and each course had its own flavor while complimenting each other. The portions were large and we even had leftovers to enjoy for the next day. I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely use Ty again and will recommend him to everyone we know. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!!! P.S. The presentation was also wonderful! (I wish I could add more photos but it’s having a hard time uploading to the app).

Ty did a fantastic job at our home in Okemo this last weekend. The food was incredible and everyone in our party were more than happy. I would highly recommend Ty for your personal chef needs. We’ll be using Ty again next year when we return to Okemo. What a great way to enjoy and evening.
