Louis Brockelbank insulated and drywalled our garage. Reasonable price, on time, him and the other worker were very professional. They cleaned up after, it took a little longer than expected but they were there everyday til it was done and didn't change the price. And my dog was a big fan of them too!

We contacted a dozen contractors for a property that had a difficult renter who trashed the place. We needed all the walls to be fixed and painted, including trims and staircase. The estimates ranged from 3K to 15K and Brockelbank was among the most competitive bidders. Lou and his son understood exactly what we were looking for and did a great job with the place. He was also easy to communicate and responsive when there was a question or concern. He also left paint and paint colors in each room after the job was done, making it easy for us to maintain the place going forward. I recommend them to anyone.

Full exterior painting - house, deck, porch.
Lou started very quickly even though it was short notice, began and finished just when he said he would and charged exactly he promised.
He made our place look 10 times better, saved us money on a host of items I thought would need replacement and was generally both professional and a pleasure to work with. He crew was very friendly and non-intrusive and I would be glad to work with him again.

What a great experience. After reading reviews and not only did I ask them to paint, I have them powerwash my house. It looks like a new place inside and out! I highly reccommend you hire these guys for you painting (and other) jobs!

So I attempted to paint my new condo and it did not go well. I was stressed and losing sleep over it. I finally decided I needed a professional to do the work and I hired Lou to do the job. Lou took the time to ask me what I was looking for, and was extremely patient with me, took the time to help suggest the right colors and made the process painless. I got out of work early today and brought a few things over and I look up and Lou and his crew had just about painted the entire place while I was away the last couple days. He wanted to surprise me and worked on the project earlier than I had expected. I was so amazed and overwhelmed by how exceptional my place looked. The colors were perfect, the job Lou did was beyond exceptional. He even fixed all the mistakes I made which created more work for him and the results were well beyond what I could have hoped for. I had high expectations after we initially talked, but the quality of work far exceeded all my expectations. So if you are looking to have your place painted by a professional, The best decision you can make is to hire Lou. He is the best in the business.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately I do not. We usually place quotes on jobs. Me and my crew get in and out pretty fast.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet , be very cordial and confident , never say I can do something if I cant if all goes well I give them an estimate for the work to be performed. If they accept I fill out a proposal and ask for a small deposit unless they are not comfortable with it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father had a home improvement business his whole life and I would grow and learn the trade right beside him. I have been a contractor for 30 years.
