- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends on many things so I like to see the roof and talk to homeowner before I do my estimate .It helps to make sure I cover all of their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give the customer a proposal,if they want to go ahead we sign contract, lock in a date ,I ask for 50% deposit .Balance due day of completion unless there is another plan agreed to by both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took building trades at the essex technical center and have diploma from that.Also have a certificate from CertainTeed for a master shingle applicator.Along with my twenty years of experience. I am a preferred contractor thru Owens and Corning.
