We are offering options for greater ease in posture. Irvin Eisenberg offers a 12-session series of KMI structural integration bodywork. These sessions systematically go through the body fostering more even tone and alignment of the bodies soft tissue. This helps people to achieve greater ease in posture, and freedom in movement. Irvin has over 1600 hours of formal bodywork training. Irvin Eisenberg has completed a 500-hour KMI structural integration certification, and is a board-certified structural integrator. Irvin is a nationally certified massage therapist, and holds a New York State license for massage and hydrotherapy. (Note: Vermont does not grant licenses for massage therapists). Irvin is also a CPMT (Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist), and has training in pediatric structural integration.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do keep of with continued education. I plan on doing a 200 hour movement training for SI therapists in the near future.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started training as a dancer and became interested in massage. In massage school I became interested in Structural Integration so I continued my education became a Board Certified Structural Integrator
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should look for a Structural Integrator who is either Board Certified or is a member of one of the repeatable schools, as SI is not a trademarked term and anyone can legally call them selves a SI practioner
