Our project originally started off as having a heat pump installed but once we found out Shane loved to work on NTI boilers we put the hear pump project on the back burner and asked if he could figure out what was wrong with out boiler since our other heat guy was striking out and Shane was instantly able to figure out a couple of issues with our unit and put a plan in place to repair it asap along with processing our warranty on the unit which saved us a good amount of money on a part that needed to be replaced! Shane is awesome and we will definitely continue using him for our HVAC needs in the future!!!

We are New to the area. When my son put a nail through the radiator water line. We tried Angi. The plumber they sent made matters worse. We then posted our need on Front Porch Forum — Vermont's neighborhood website. Shane responded, fixed the problem and the mess in a timely, professional manner. His job sites are cleaner than when he starts This summer we had him install a mini-split. He is our plumber. He knows what he’s doing

Shane has been the bright spot in a very difficult house project.
He's focused, professional and did a great job. There were some challenges to the project and he handled everything so well that out of a five-star rating, I would give him six.
Don't even bother with anyone else.
