- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not a specific "system", more of a standard process. Estimates for residential carpentry and light construction projects are developed from the time and material costs required to complete a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make initial contact via phone, discuss the project and then arrange an appointment to meet with the customer to further discuss the project in detail on site so an accurate estimate can be developed and provided from a walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of residential carpentry and light construction experience. 8 years as a licensed civil engineer.
