FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do what you love, and you'll learn for life. That mantra is something we feel strongly about, and it's been a guiding principle of the work that we do in the studio. Aside from production and engineering, everyone who works at Akin has a professional performance background that spans almost 40 years. We stay current in the scene, because we're apart of it and heavily invested in every aspect of the recording process.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't Settle! Recording is an art in the way that what you put to paper, strum and sing becomes a reflection of your OWN art too. If the recording environment seems sterile, or the engineer doesn't seem to care about not remembering your name- the music you record will reflect that environment without exception.
