I'm a patient teacher with over 4 decades of experience with computers, both Apple Macs and Microsoft Windows. I also have experience with iPhones, iPads, and Androids. I love working with "non-techy" novices to make their computer and phone use more enjoyable and safe. I've been helping my mom, who's a great-grandmother, for 30 years. I helped her switch from Windows to Mac, I protect her from viruses and email scams, and I teach her how to do what she wants to on her phone and laptop. I make house calls. I can also help over the phone or Zoom. I have many character references available to help you feel comfortable about working with me.
