- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on, on-site experience, supplemented by formal classroom instruction at trade shows and specialized vendor training. This ensures I fully understand the products I use and the best practices for installing them properly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in this industry at a young age, doing excavation and site work for my grandfather and great-uncles' construction and blasting company in New Jersey. I began when I was just 15, and I now have 32 years of hands-on experience in the construction and building maintenance trades. Over the decades, I've developed a deep, comprehensive understanding of building structures, mechanical systems, and building science. I have been blessed to learn from a variety of mentors, from framers, concrete trades men, superintendeants, engineers and Aritects I have been able to learn there knowledge and apply it
