- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straightforward. Once we determine how often we will be training together, I will set you up with a payment subscription that will process every 4 weeks. If you ever need to cancel a session or change your plan, I will provide a refund or prorate your next payment. You will never pay for a session you won't use!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule a complimentary 30 minute consultation call. This way, I can get a better idea of your goals, exercise history, strengths, and limitations. You can also ask any questions and we can figure out if we will be a good fit for each other. From there, we will schedule our first session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I am also a GGS Certified Pre & Postnatal Specialist and Women's Coaching Specialist. I hold a Precision Nutrition coaching certification as well.
