- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will travel almost anywhere to service a system because we charge $89.99 an hour from the time, we leave the shop until we get back to the shop. If it's a commercial job, we charge $99.99 an hour to/fro. If it's a brand-new DISH, DIRECTV, VIASAT, or HughesNet install, we will deduct one hours travel time. In other words, if you live within 1/2 hour from the office there will be no charge if you are a new customer signing up for one of the above mentioned services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers call us on the phone, and or email Sean so he can go over all the details of any work our customer wants him to do. This way Sean can answer any questions you have. We like to make sure the customer knows everything up front before the owner comes out to do any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of O'C Satellite, Inc graduated from Vermont Technical College with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, and has been installing Satellite TV, Multiple Internet Providers, Cell Phone Boosters, Wi-Fi Extenders, TV Antennas, Home Theater Systems, Security Systems & Cameras, and pretty much anything technology related since 1986.
