Greg at Crown Up Construction was hands down the best contractor I’ve worked with. I had four other contractors come out to give quotes, and every single one of them disappeared afterward. Greg did the opposite — clear communication from start to finish and actually delivered.
He renovated an entire 3 bed / 1 bath unit in my apartment building in just one week. This included new countertops, flooring, paint, and repairing multiple holes in the walls left by a previous nightmare tenant. The unit came out looking brand new.
On top of that, he rebuilt two decks for the lower units and corrected a major issue where a previous contractor had installed a second-story deck in the wrong location. Greg moved it properly to the third floor and did it the right way.
He also coordinated an electrician who redid all outlets, light switches, recessed lighting, and installed a new bathroom vent.
Overall, this was a stress-free experience — great workmanship, great communication, and a fair price. I’ll absolutely be using Greg again and would recommend him without hesitation.
