- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are always negotiable depending on distance and time. Packages are also included if student wants to meet more than once a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session or two is used for an evaluation process. During that time, I will work with the student to come up with a comprehensive plan to move forward with a suitable curriculum. I'll touch on all aspects: writing, reading, listening, and speaking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Mandarin in college and have been a full time/part time Mandarin teacher for seven years. I've worked with all age groups, from toddler to adult. I have taught ESL for Asian Americans for Equality and am currently an adjunct professor at New Jersey City University.
