- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I was cleaning out a woman’s gutters, unclogging her downspouts, and taking measurements for future gutter guard installation when, all of a sudden, it started pouring rain. The gutters quickly filled to the top, but I stayed out there and finished the job. Once the rain stopped, she came outside and told me how much she respected and appreciated the hard work I had put in. Those kinds of words mean more to me than people realize. When someone notices your effort and takes the time to acknowledge it, that’s something I’ll always remember. It’s moments like that that remind me why I take pride in the work I do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hiring someone who is completely transparent is the best thing you can do.
