What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $100 service call fee, up to one hour, and $75/hr after that. I do not charge a fee for in-home consultations.
Some of my services are priced as a flat fee, and some may require a deposit.
As a veteran, I appreciate the service of other vets and first responders. I offer a 10% discount to all veteran and active duty military personnel, as well as retired and current first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers and what makes them tick. I generally ask questions about design, style, and what their vision is for any given project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of carpentry, furniture building, and fenestration experience.
