I posted to Home Advisor looking for a cleaning service to do a DEEP clean - real estate turnover quality - for a three level +2100sq foot condo that has been unmaintained for some months and just finally emptied of furnishings that had been there almost 20 years. Of the initial responses, only W&W quoted a price that indicated they realistically understood what I was asking to have done, but I met with Wendy on site anyway for a walkthrough. And predictably the quote was revised a bit upwards - this was going to be hours and hours of work! This team 3-point cleaned inside every drawer, cabinet and closet; wiped down every bit of shelving and counters; washed 17 sets of windows; HEPA vacuumed two carpet levels and the stairwells; steam-cleaned and hand scrubbed vinyl tile; got behind the fridge, under the stove, around the washer/dryer stack in the laundry closet, all the appliances; wiped down woodwork and polished wood trims; cleaned 2 1/2 baths to a fare-thee-well. The only service they didn't provide was carpet steam cleaning, but by the time they finished vacuuming it hardly needed that. The place absolutely shines, and smells wonderful; they brought ALL their own cleaning equipment and left not a trace behind except a lovely, sparkling clean home. Wendy and Williams Cleaners is worth every single penny of their fair and carefully calculated fee, exceptional responsiveness to job specifics, exceptional value and professionalism, very highly recommend to anyone needing serious cleaning work done!

Wendy and William were wonderful to work with. They took on the job of cleaning the carpet (which is not in their normal job description) and did a great job. Also, very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

I needed to deep clean my rental house before I moved out and Wendy and William were available at very short notice when no one else was willing to do it. They contacted me the very same day so we could meet up and they cleaned the house only a few days later. It looks spectacular!! Wendy and Michael did a fabulous job. I moved and needed my house cleaned for the new owners. They did such a great job that the new owners can just moved their things in and they will be set. Everything and I mean everything was cleaned and looked like new. I was extremely pleased. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
