- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a fully online CPA firm, and we specialize in accounting for small businesses. Generally we charge a fixed monthly fee to take care of your books, taxes, and planning. We prepare business tax returns. Minimum fee is $1,500. We prepare individual tax returns for business owners and self-employed folks only. Minimum fee is $500.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll have a 1/2 - 1 hour "discovery call" (video or phone). During this call, I'll ask about your business or financial situation, what kind of work you'd like done, and we'll get to know each other to see if we'd be a good fit for working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Public Accountant in Vermont, New York, and Florida.
