I tried on my own to work through an issue that was getting in the way of my marriage. I've tried therapy, couples counseling and many different methods. Working with Ginger helped me gain clarity on the issue and other obstacles in my way of having a fulfilling relationship. We worked weekly to develop steps that I could take to have the relationship I so desired. I can't say enough about her coaching ability. She is smart, funny and to the point.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin our coaching relationship, we start with a 15 minute online assessment which measures your attitudes, perceptions and beliefs in 14 different areas of your life. This will reveal how your core thoughts drive your behaviors. This is called your default tendencies. The good news is that thoughts and perceptions can change and therefore change your behaviors. Once we have a roadmap for where you want to go, we take the steps to get there. Working with me is not a long, drawn out process. In addition, I make it fun!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got a BA from George Washington University in D.C. I received my Coaching Certification from Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) in New York
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My whole life I have been an intuitive, introspective person who is sensitive! This lends itself nicely to the coaching profession. I have a lot of experience to draw upon both good and bad. Nothing shocks me! I am well educated and connect well with most people. I have found my dream job!
