Introduction: Juniper's Fare is named after a Franciscan friar whose passion after prayer was to cook for his fellow brothers. For 20 years, we have been providing catering services to our customers in the Central Vermont area.
Our goal as a 501(c)(3) organization has been to provide meals with a mission. This means every time you purchase from us, it helps us to give back to requests made by the local community, as well as partnering to feed and educate the poor of the world.
Our accomplishments range from supporting programs in elementary schools, dance clubs, free health clinics, senior centers, emergency shelters, and families in crisis to name a few. Also, in the country of Kenya, Africa, three elementary schools and one high school have been built, along with feeding orphans daily.
To continue meeting these goals, our staff prepares good food for a fair price. We use fresh ingredients when possible, from local vendors, such as artisan coffee, Cabot cheese, Kenyan farm beef, peacock farm eggs, Mansfield dairy creemees, red hen bakery Breads, Pauquet farm produce and Franciscan farm produce.
