My husband and I worked with Brook when we were renovating our old farm house. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Brook was thorough, thoughtful, and his work was very detailed. Brook never kept me waiting the entire step of the way. From the quick response to my request for work, he was able to schedule a time to look at the job and get back to me with a quote for the project that ended up by being almost spot on to the actual cost for the job. My previous experience with other contractors is always being surprised with additional billing for 'unforeseen issues'. His was very professional and the remodel looked great. I'll be sure to use him for all additional work and refer my friends and family to him as well.

Brook has done several projects for us at our apartment buildings. He is always professional, showing respect for your property and listening to your concerns before jumping to give you a quote just for the sake of giving you a quote. Brook is not afraid to give you his very knowledgeable opinions so you can make an informed decision about how to proceed with your project. Brook has completed several jobs for me, some big and some small, and I am completely satisfied with his work. He is reliable, trustworthy and friendly, plus his prices are fair and reasonable. Its hard to fine a good contractor these days, but Brook is certainly one you can trust. I highly recommend you give him a shot!

High quality, professional work with great attention to detail. Not your usual contracting experience. I would highly recommend him for any job, large or small. He responds faster than anyone I've used in the past and doesn't cut corners at the owner's expense. He clearly takes pride in his work and has a work ethic that is sometimes lacking in the construction world. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
