We recently engaged with Pinnacle Properties for a deck installation on the back of our house. The company came highly recommended from local business that we have contacts with. Our primary contact was Drew and every interaction with him was efficient and professional. We quickly received an estimate shortly after the initial inquiry and the installation process began immediately after we accepted their offer. I was impressed with the craftsmanship along with how knowledgeable Drew and his team were. We had no idea were to start when explaining what we were expecting, but we knew what our vision was for the final product. Drew helped walk us through the process, explaining the various options to accommodate our budget and the fished project was exactly what we envisioned - better even!Thank you to Drew and his team at Pinnacle Properties for the beautiful new deck that now allows my family to enjoy our back yard and has also increased the value of our home. I recently hired Pinnacle Properties through a word of mouth recommendation to install Windows in my living room and one in my Kitchen. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with my experience. Drew who supervised the crew was attentive, punctual,knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with . I was so happy with the results I went on to hire them to replace the remaining windows on the lower level to my house. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the workmanship was top notch. I had recently used Pinnacle for a wood flooring job in my living room (18x22) and Tile job in my half bathroom. I dealt w/ a gentleman named Drew. He handled everything professionally and was courteous every step of the way. The work was second to none and it was refreshing to experience superb customer service. Very hard to find! I would recommend Pinnacle over all others!
