We use Jobber as a management tool for customers. It keeps us connected to our customers and makes getting a hold of us effortless. Also Jobber ties everything related to their account to be viewed as needed on their own devices at home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers reach out then we give an estimate, after estimate is approved we then schedule the job with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrician and worked in construction trade for over 20 years. As a kid i worked in landscaping and have always had a side job working outside. I love it. I also have B.S. from Champlain College
