Ian was responsive to my inquiry (within an hour), and he agreed to juggle his appointments to accommodate my timeline. We assessed the job, was friendly, professional, and got right to work. He went out to buy a drill bit at a hardware state and was quick. I would recommend him. We were in need of under-mount sink bracket installations into the underside of a quartz countertop. He put in elbow grease for the job and then offered to vacuum up the dust and debris when completed.

Ian helped me clean a deep clean mosaic floor that you’d expect to find in an antiquities museum. There are 4 types of stone and multiple colors of grout, and we used hand tools to polish it. He also can bridge the gap between deep cleaning and handyman.
