Matt did an excellent job cleaning my screens and windows inside and out. He was professional and took great care inside to ensure everything was back in place including the blinds and any items on the sills. He also checked my gutters and pulled out a few things and said they did not need cleaning. Would definitely use him again,

We have now used A++ for several seasons. Matthew Cook is extremely reliable and efficient. He manages to wash all our windows inside with minimal disruption to our daily activities, and the windows are spotless after his work. He also washes our screens and removes and stores them in the fall.

Matthew was great - timely, responsive, pleasant and considerate of our house. Window washing is hard work, which is why I pay others to do it for me. I recently moved from Oregon and over the past 7 years have used 3 different companies. I've found that the window tracks are never as clean as I'd like (getting into those corners requires a lot of effort and cotton swabs) and there are always a few streaks left behind, so I don't expect perfection. Matthew did a better job than the 3 Oregon companies I tried and did it all on his own (we have over 30 windows). I was very happy with the result and would certainly use him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are prices are competitively priced for the market. We charge by the pane of glass when cleaning windows. And sq ft for all other services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message to get a free quote. Then I will come take a look and put together a quote for you to approve or not. If Accepted we set a date and time for the service to be completed. Then I will email or call the week of service and then the day of when I'm headed your way so you will have a heads up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with my hands my whole life. I have been in the trades for 30+ years. If I haven't seen or done it I know someone who has. No job is to small or to BIG for A++ Winooski Window Washers LLC.
