We know families! Our cleaning services are tailored to turn any house into a home. We have cleaned for hundreds of families in and around the Spokane area and through that process we have learned that no two families are the same. With so many different factors (pets, kids, work schedules, budget...) every 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home will not have the same needs. With that in mind we sit down with every family to design a custom plan that is made to work for that family. Our client family loves this because we are able to become a part of the family without causing the family to make any changes in the way they already do things. We interview our cleaning technicians with families in mind. Our cleaning technicians love pets, kids, and are some of the sweetest people you will ever meet. We value perfection, and our work provides us a platform to showcase that perfection.

I had Premier Maids of Spokane clean my step-mom's house right before my dad's memorial service. It was a very difficult for our family, but this piece of it couldn't have been easier. They were easy to schedule with, efficient, affordable, and the house looked great!

I had a great experience with Premier Maids of Spokane. Great communication, lots of email reminders concerning date and time of service, with options to make changes right up to the night before our service date. The ladies were Amazing cleaners, and wonderful to chat with, and we hope to have them back once a month to clean our house again.

The ladies did a wonderful job! The place is very clean and smells awesome. They were attentive to detail and listened to the things I wanted to have them focus on. I'm already looking forward to next month's cleaning!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an over the phone estaimate then have a senior member of our team come over and perform a walk through with the client and sign off on the estimate. Next we send 1 to 2 maids out (depending on the size of the property) to make your home shine. Final step is a senior member along with the owner of the home does final walk through verifying that everything meets the customers expectation (it always will :)) and we collect payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has well over 30 years of cleaning experience.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the company is insured and bonded to protect your valuables and property.
