He came soon after being notified about my problem with my blinds. He found out what the problem was and showed me how to deal with it until it could be fixed. He ordered the part needed to repair the blinds.
I am still waiting for the repair, so the part probably hasn’t arrived. I’m going to check with him on the website to find out what’s up.
So far his service has been excellent.
