- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Highly professional agency/ firm experience and expertise at a fraction of the cost due to virtually no to low overhead working remotely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prefer meeting in person if at all possible or initial contact should be by phone or Skype for introductions to establish a trusting, honest real virtual relationship and get to know one another. 1. Get all the details upfront from my clients through a conversation or emailed form (ei: questions below). 2. Provide a proposal and get client sign off with 50% deposit. 3. Provide 3-5 initial concepts, including 2 rounds of edits (otherwise it goes to hourly rate which isn't typical), 4. Sign off on final design, provide digital files to vendor or implement logo/brand to print materials or internet marketing applications. 5. Collect remainder of bill from client once project is completed.

I've been in the Corporate World of Marketing and Advertising in Seattle, WA and Southern California for over 20 years. I have worked for large marketing and advertising agencies from Graphic Designer to Art Director ... to now owning and operating my own successful firm with clients ranging from start-ups to Government Ports, Chambers and Universities to Washington Transit.
