We called Footprint Floors to install wood in place of the old carpet we currently had. We originally wanted to match existing wood in the house. Once the installers got here they realized that the new wood was not the same height as the already installed wood. We immediately spoke with our Sales rep, Nate and worked out a new plan to replace all the wood in the house. Nate and the Footprint floor installers were very professional, and responsive to the issues that arose, which always seems to happen with construction projects. We were very happy with the end results and would strongly recommend Nate and Footprint Floors.

It was great luck to meet Nate. Since I previously had experience working with floor painting specialists, I was preparing for long deadlines and rework.Nate did his work quickly and efficiently, showed up on time, and did everything as promised. Just had my floors redone by Footprints and was really impressed. I was nervous because we had water damage and was going from a dark cherry stain to a lighter color and loved how they turned out.

We were amazed at the wonderful job Nate and his crew did. Our soft wood floors had 30 years worth of scratches and scrapes. Our floors now look brand new! The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the workers were professional and the work was completed on time. Thank you!

I was so pleased during the remodel of my house to find original hardwood floors. Now, after repairs and refinishing from Footprints, the floor is my favorite part of the remodel. The kitchen and hallway to our bedroom did not have wood originally, but they've weaved in the new wood with the existing wood so well, it all looks original. Overall, Footprints far exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
