- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is different for each business, I like to start by spending some time with you to understand your needs and to do an onsite review of your current systems before setting pricing. This initial meeting is free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am required to re-certify with QuickBooks every year. I am also required to have a minimum of 20 CPEs each year to maintain my Certified Bookkeeper qualifications.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions. Look for a provider that is willing to meet with you to assess your needs not just sell you a package, every business is different.
