- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with gathering all information about our customers, including location, type of system they currently have (if known), and multiple forms of contact. From this point we generally would be scheduling some time of in home visit, for example, a maintenance, diagnostic, or a free sales consultation for a new system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have gone through EPA testing and received certifications to handle refrigerant safely and effectively. Our technicians have also received many forms of training for electrical, plumbing, and sheet metal work. As HVAC entails many different forms of work, even just in one project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a large variety of customers, from contractors on high end commercial solutions and housing to homeowners just exploring some new ways to be as comfortable as possible!
