On the same day of my inquiry, James was able to attend to my elderly parents' computer that had been victimized by a scammer who installed malware to try to phish them. James addressed the original problem on this computer and checked their other laptops at the same time. He was very well organized, clearly explained what he was doing, gave my parents options, and never tried to pressure them to do anything that was beyond what they needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate for services. All services start at $150 + tax. travel fee: $35 Thumbtack fee: $23.50 Processing fee: $6.24 This is the price before Parts if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
