- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate for services. All services start at $150 + tax. travel fee: $35 Thumbtack fee: $23.50 Processing fee: $6.24 This is the price before Parts if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
