Flat rate for services.
All services start at $150 + tax.
travel fee: $35

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.

Bachelors of Science in Information Technology.
Dell systems certified.
