After NerdsToGo failed to find what was wrong with my pc after a month, I reached out to James. He was very responsive and within a hour found the issue and had a plan to get my pc working. First off, best service I’ve ever received in my life!! I had called the day before and he was so ready to help with any problem I had, was able to slot me in to an appointment the next morning. I had bigger problems with my pc than was initially assumed, didn’t matter. He was able to find the solution quickly and efficiently. Even while waiting for load times he was a great conversationalist. An amazing person all around, exactly who you need to help with computer problems. My PC literally feels BRAND NEW!!! I don’t how to express this more, except if you’re considering his service, consider no longer. Just talk to him and he will respond quickly. Bless you James

james, the owner helped me make a decision about whether to repair my laptop or to get a new one and although he lost out on the job he recommended that I get a new laptop because of what needed to be fixed on this one. I will definitely go back to him if I need it.

Flat rate for services. All services start at $150 + tax. $35 travel fee. prices varies on some services. This is the price before Parts if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
