(I do not repair PC monitors) 4. Laptop repair: a. Please provide a photo of any physical damage. 5. Desktop repair: a. Please provide a parts list (computer specifications). As well as a detailed description of the problems 6. James was a total lifesaver!!!! My computer started BSOD outta no where when doing a drivers update. We initially talked over the phone and we both thought it was the SSD causing the issue. But when he came on site to diagnose and couldn’t find the cause of the problem, he straight up offered to fully rebuild it from the ground up with no extra charge!! He suggested a few parts that I should upgrade to make everything run smoother, then went to BestBuy with me to get everything. On top of it all he stayed till 11pm (past his working hours) just to make sure i can get online and game:D. When we finally found out it was caused by a fried CPU, he even offered to come back the next day on his day off to slot in the new CPU. Now my PC is back and running and smoother than EVER! CPU is idling comfortably at 35 degrees celsius and gaming at 60 degrees celsius. IF U EVER need someone to fix or build your a PC, James is the man. (Third photo is the old PC case)

After posting my need for technical assistance, I received a call from James, who was working a problem with another customer and told me he would call back within an hour, which he did. I described my problem, which seemed to me like my laptop was "dead". James then asked me to press on the uppermost right button and hold it down for a count of 15 and then release! Bingo!!!, my "dead" computer came back to life!!! He is now on my list for future computing issues. Thanks, Stan Moffett

Throughout the process, James was open and honest about what he was doing. He navigated each computer quickly and precisely and as he found issues, he resolved them. His explanations and instructions were clear and understandable. A true computer nerd ( I say that with huge respect!), and he has amazing communication skills. I had a bank fraud issue last week, and needed someone to troubleshoot and clean my machines, and he did just that. Also, he left me with instructions as to my next steps. I could not have been happier that I found him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate for services. All services start at $120 + tax. $35 travel fee. prices varies on some services. This is the price before Parts if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
