Please provide a photo of any physical damage. 5. Desktop repair: a. Please provide a parts list (computer specifications). As well as a detailed description of the problems 6. If I wrote about all our positive feelings about having James work with us and spend time with us and our computer, you'd say, "You're overdoing it. Are you getting paid to say this?" Nope. James is the real deal. He's as good a tech as many of us say, and he's better. Many reviewers have rated James as "exceptional" and that is accurate.. Not only is his work flawless, what stands out for me and my wife is we have met James. The computer is fixed perfect, the work is important, it is essential, of course, but this for us has been a special day beyond all that. Thank you, James. I was very worried about hiring an individual to take over my "computer life" and fix it so that I could use it again after my 5 grandchildren completely made the computer nonfunctional. I had hired someone else 5 months earlier and he was unable to do anything. James is a wonderful person who solved all our computer problems easily. He helped me to understand the workings of the programs I used so that I would feel more confortable utilizing them. I will continue to have James help me with all my computer needs. I felt very comfortable with him and he answered all my "dumb" computer queations with a smile and a touch of humor. What a great guy!

I am writing this 2 years later (I know I’m a procrastinator) but when I was going through the toughest time of my life, this man was able to take an old, decrepit computer with pieces missing and turn it into something that brought me a desperately needed distraction and allowed me to escape grief for just a bit. Amazing work, truly kind, quick and responsive with work, and even though it’s years later (because life is hard), I am still so grateful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat rate for services. All services start at $120 + tax. $35 travel fee. prices varies on some services. This is the price before Parts if needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to take time to understand the problem, Attempt to recreate it( if Possible). Make my assessment. Attempt the fix the problem within a reasonable amount of time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Dell systems certified. Efficient in most Microsoft products.
