large costs are apparently paying for an image which does not match reality as a large percentage of the bid Hayes for his advertising image and website. I felt scolded for asking to have specific line items addressed. he insisted they had been included already. he expects clients to accept his m method but it is not user friendly. he is arrogant and was clearly HIGH during the site visit.

It was a pleasure doing business with Josh at Cunningham Construction. He is very professional and goes the extra mile to get the job done right. We asked him to remove a railing over a stairwell and frame out a wall and a half wall. He wrote up a professional quote that clearly laid out the cost and all that was included within that price. He was able to finish the job in one day and left the place cleaner than he found it. This is the honest, hardworking contractor you have dreamed of finding. We will definitely be calling Cunningham Construction for future projects!
