Super easy to work with and very detailed! We called them and they came next day first thing in the morning. Did a quick diagnostic on one of the issues we had and then waived the fee once we agreed to do some other work unrelated to the diagnostics. Sent us several options that we could choose from based on what we wanted and could afford. After scheduling for him to arrive in the morning, we were running behind due to our babies not sleeping well and he was accommodating, able to wait for us to get ready before beginning his work. Super friendly and efficient guy, definitely knows what hes doing. Highly recommended.

I had Alex over to do some electrical work around my house. The heat pump circuit and Tesla charger installs went really well. He knows the electrical code very well and even went as far as to let me know that I was missing an outlet by my heat pump for service. His rates are fair and I would have him over again.

Called them out and they quickly and professionally installed a Tesla wall charger for my EV, and added another breaker for the home.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new lead or phone call we like to ask the job details, your time frame, name and contact information. After that we schedule a site visit to look at the work scope and provide an estimate onsite.
