The technician did an excellent job installing our Tesla Wall Charger. He walked us through every step of the process, explaining exactly what he was doing and why, which made the whole experience feel transparent and professional. He patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small, and made sure we understood how to use the charger before he left.
