- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service charge start at $275 for the first hour and any consultation if free of charge upon hire. We offer free panel inspection when you hire us, also we provide 10% veteran discount and 5% retiree discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our clients usually reaches out via phone, website, or email to explain their electrical issue or project. We then determine the scope of work (e.g., residential vs. commercial), urgency, and safety hazards. For emergencies, same-day dispatch is scheduled. For standard installations or remodels, an on-site consultation is booked.

Completed 5years apprenticeship through reputed electrical contractor. Washington 01 journey level and 01 administrator.
