I hired Thomas Mechanical LLC to replace the gas furnace in the attic of my 2,200 sq. ft. two-story home. The communication with Zach was excellent. After sharing a few photos and a description of the job, he promptly provided competitive estimates with options for different brands (standard and premium) and different capacities. Since the existing furnace was no longer functioning, Zach prioritized the work to ensure it was completed quickly. He also handled scheduling the permit inspection for the following day, which passed without any issues.

They came out on short notice, installed a nice Trane furnace, did high quality work and got the house warmed up again! I highly recommend Zach and his team.

Zach was very pleasant to work with. The heat pump installation took longer then estimated, but Zach kept us informed the whole time. He also helped out with the electriciial contractor. He even installed our propane stove for us, which wasn't even in his scope! I'd hire Thomas Mechical anytime I needed gas piping or equipment installed.

Zack was great. Even though he didn't have a water heater in stock he was able to find one and install it on a Saturday within a few hours of speaking with with us on the phone. Zack and his side kick were professional, pleasant, and got the job done quickly and neatly. We spoke with Thomas Mechcanical at 9:30 am and by 3:00 pm we had hot water in our home. The amount quoted to us did not change for work done on a weekend on the same day called. They also do furnace work so we will keep that in mind if our furnace decides to act up.

We offer competitive pricing! We are prepared to beat any estimate of matching equipment!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first try and answer every customer request in a timely manner. Estimate appointments will be completed within one week of request and installation completion within two weeks.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 year's experience in gas piping and 10 year's experience in Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation. Current City of Seattle and surrounding areas Gas piping certification and refrigeration installation certifications.
