- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mortar repointing: 12-40$ a square foot depending on job size, access, and complexity with a 500$ minimum. Brick replacement: 25-200$ per brick depending on job size, access, and complexity. 500$ minimum. Paver replacement, releveling, or installation: 14-34$ per square feet depending on the amount of prep needed, size, sand type, sealed or not, and complexity. 800$ minimum. Retaining walls: Landscape or decorative 35-65$ per face square foot. 800$ minimum. Structural CMU 50-100$ per face square foot. 1000$ minimum Concrete: 12-25$ per square foot depending on access and finish. 1000$ minimum. Demo and haul off: 3-8$ per square foot. Tile: 10-35$ per square foot depending on substrate, location (floor, wall, shower), and tile size. 350$ minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a detailed scope and good photos, we can give an immediate estimate on simple projects. More complicated projects require a site visit to go over the scope and expectations with the customer before giving an estimate. Small projects can sometimes be completed within the same week if the customer is open to weekends or evening work.
