It was a sheer pleasure to work with Flowmaster team. We were having huge troubles with our tankless water heater, water would go cold in the middle of shower. Had gone through 3 plumbing companies and already spent enough money getting the system repaired but nothing worked. Finally decided to get it replaced. Reached out to a few plumbing companies to get the system replaced and Flowmaster were extremely prompt and responsive, gave me the best quote and worked with me on the unit I wanted to get replaced. However going above and beyond was when the new system was not being able to cope up with the demand in our house as we had underestimated the capacity, Flowmaster went beyond our expectations, they worked with us to replace the new system with another upgraded system with us paying only the differential ! They spent the whole day to replace with the different configuration system and finally delivered a system that is working fabulously and after a long time we are able to get a hot shower! In fact they worked to ensure we do not need to cut a new hole for venting and we were able to salvage the existing venting hole which is great as is less cuts in the wall ! I would hire them Flowmaster for any plumbing needs anytime and always. Thanks a lot for helping us out
