- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Hypnotherapy/Counseling/Life Coaching, I charge my clients by the session, not by the hour. I believe that if we are working on something, it's hard to stop at 50 minutes and say, "Sorry, you'll have to come back next week." I give my clients the option to schedule their appointments weekly, every two weeks, monthly; however THEY feel they are doing, or according to their finances. I also have a sliding scale, if need be. I don't like turning anyone away if they really need help. For my ceremonies, charge depending on where the ceremony will be, and if there will be a rehearsal. My prices have come down in the last couple years, because I truly enjoy meeting new people, going new places, and helping to create a personal, unique ceremony they will enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always continuing to learn. I enjoy taking classes, so I take several classes a year in counseling and hypnotherapy techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just kind of fell into officiating ceremonies and being a hypnotherapist. I knew I wanted to help people, but wasn't quite sure how or what to do. After several years, I realized that I'm doing exactly what I'm suppose to be doing; my life purpose.
