- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of sq. footage and product cost. I usually can work with a customer on price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer and get a better idea about the scale of work that needs to be done. Pictures are great and or a look over of the job that needs to be done is great as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in business marketing from Indiana State University. I also worked for a Janitorial Supply company called Coastwide Laboratories based out of Seattle and Tacoma Washington for 10 years. I learned so much on different floor care and carpet cleaning techniques. I also learned about how to properly use disinfectants and other chemicals. All of the knowledge I have gained gives me an advantage when talking to potential customers cause I've been trained inside and outside of the field by some of the best trainers and have cleaned some of the dirtiest carpets and hard floors around!
