They were very prompt, they knew thier work very well, and were very friendly! I was amazed that they responded so fast to my inquiry to get a quote. They scheduled a meeting three days after I contacted them, and we looked at the job and discuss the details. He quoted he an acceptable price but what sold me was he said he could have a crew out in four days. The crew showed up on that day and promptly went to work, had it done earlier than was estimated, and had everything cleaned up and were gone after about three or four hours. It was great! One of my trees was actually leaning against my power service pole and it didn't even slow them down. It was an awesome experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Jory and Nolan were great. We live on heavily forested acreage with many 100+ foot fir trees. They dropped some risky trees perfectly and were extremely professional. They clearly care about their customers and we will gladly bring them back next time we need to clear a risky tree.

Stellar team of people. Mitch came out twice to discuss my wants and needs for my property with many shrubs and trees that have over-grown. Super knowledgeable about different plant species, and totally enlightened me about maintaining different species.The crew that showed up, were extremely detail-oriented and thorough. I mean, precisely hand-trimming. One bushy tree infront of my house, I was so worried about how it would look, having the canopy raised, but the way they did it, I was so relieved. It looks so much better than I was expecting.What I appreciated most, was that they were proactive about involving me when it came to the details, and totally happy to accommodate "can we cut that back a little further" type stuff. These guys are not "amateur hour". They know what they are doing.I am so happy with the result. The crew was excellent, and Mitch was able to work with me to keep things in budget. I'm a VERY happy customer!

We came home to a tree emergency on Sunday afternoon and needed help. My husband called and messaged a few places, but Mitch at Arbor Barber was the only one to respond. Mitch was excellent with communication and gave us a quote over the phone and was able to get a crew out the very next morning to help us out. Jory and Nolan arrived on time and ready to work on Monday. They were prompt and courteous and left my area cleaner than when they arrived. We are thankful to have found the Arbor Barber and look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I was very impressed with Arbor Barber Tree Service. Their communication was prompt and professional. Blake was informative and thorough in his initial walk through. We had to remove an 80 foot madrona tree which was leaning over our house and many hundred of dollars worth of landscaping. The crew was skilled in removing the tree piece by piece until it was gone - with no damage done.Clean up was efficient. The crew friendly and skilled.I would not hesitate to refer them to a friend or hire them again when the need arises.
