Very much appreciate Appliance Service Pro. They came out to look at the problem ice maker, and brought with them items they suspected might need replacement based on my description of the problem. I especially appreciated not having to wait for the new parts to arrive. They spent time diagnosing the problem and showing me their findings, provided an estimate, and finished the repair that afternoon. Just to be sure, they confirmed again the next day that the repair was successful. Can't ask for better than that!

Our dryer stopped heating on a Sunday night. I was able to get service scheduled for the next day, which was very surprising. Egor showed up, on time no less, in the early evening and within an hour had the problem fixed, the dryer reassembled, and running again! I never expected such prompt service! The cost was very reasonable, too.
