We are using the most advance and modern equipment from Air-wave duct cleaning system, to Thermal imaging cameras for energy loss inspections. They initially answered a lot of questions I had over the phone then followed that up with a free estimate including an inspection. They were able to replace all of my insulation and my vapor barrier in a day and a half. They also insulated my pipes and fixed a duct that wasn't insulated properly. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

The communication explaining the service costs, detailing what would be done and setting up the appointment was impecable. They price their services fairly. The entire staff was amazing! Responded to my initial contact within a few hours... on Sunday! Were able to come a couple of days early and even arrived on the job early. And Haleigh was so sweet, understanding and professional every time I spoke with her!

David and his team are absolutely amazing! They came out to do an inspection of our duct system and we found out what was wrong! The system was half damaged and David was able to show me photos and videos of what it looked like. He took the time to create an estimate before he left our house and work out the financials! David is very personable, as well as his team. They did such an amazing job and took the time to complete it in one day. Will be using them going forward for maintenance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a few promotions that are very relevant to times we are in with COVID-19. Our current promotions can be found on our main page in our website. We also offer a 10% senior and military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would normally schedule the customer either for a free inspection and estimate when it is regarding any home improvement project, or schedule for our current Air Duct Cleaning promotion for $99 for houses up to 2,000sqf.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 11 years of experience in the industry. My experience involved working as a tech myself, and running a company with 20 technicians and over 15 office employees. The experience is in air duct cleaning and furnace cleaning, including ducts or furnace replacement, any attic or crawlspace work ( such as insulation or vapor barrier ), and also remodeling.
